Milk Education is looking for an experienced HLTA to work full-time at a primary school in Abram (WN2). The HLTA role will consist of covering lessons across Reception to Year 6 when the teachers are out doing PPA or need management release time.

In this HLTA role, you will be required to cover a range of subjects within Reception to Year 6, so knowledge and experience covering the EYFS, KS1 & KS2 curriculum within a UK mainstream primary school setting is essential.

This HLTA role is to start in September 2026 and will be full-time 08:30am until 15:30pm, Mon to Fri. This is a long-term role and could go permanent for the ideal applicant.

Applicants will need to possess:
  • Previous KS1 & KS2 Teaching or HLTA experience
  • HLTA Status, QTS Status or Level 6 Degree
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
  • Strong behaviour management skills
