We're working with a well-established building services contractor to find a confident Electrical Estimator for their Wigan office. The team in Wigan works across a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects - from hospital wards and labs through to schools, offices, and mixed-use developments. The company continues to grow sustainably, with investment in people and processes at the heart of its success.

• Preparing accurate electrical estimates for tender submissions
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing
• Identifying risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
• Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings when required
• Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation
• Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
