Role Overview

- Key Responsibilities

Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across site equipment.
Support production by minimising downtime and improving overall equipment reliability and performance.
Work collaboratively with engineering colleagues, production teams and site stakeholders.
Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and ensure compliance with site procedures.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance machinery efficiency.
Provide maintenance support on mixers, valves, reactors and a variety of mechanical process equipment.
Contribute to engineering projects, upgrades and site improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

Time-served Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical background.
Previous experience within Food, FMCG, Packaging, Manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
Recognised electrical qualification is essential.
A proactive and team-oriented approach to engineering and problem solving.
Able to work independently and make sound engineering decisions when required.
Keen to develop technically and take advantage of further training opportunities.
Strong commitment to safe working practices and continuous improvement.
