54,000 per annum up to 7% bonusA leading food manufacturing business is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team following a series of internal promotions.

Working within a team of four Engineers and reporting directly to the Lead Engineer, you'll take ownership of a designated production area, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The successful candidate will play a key role in planned maintenance activities, reviewing recurring issues, coaching operators and sharing engineering knowledge to improve overall line performance.

Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements:

Time-served Multi Skilled Engineer (electrically biased preferred)
Previous food manufacturing experience is essential

Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across production equipment

Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment

Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance practices

Comfortable producing detailed shift reports and handovers

Strong communication skills with the ability to upskill operators and share technical knowledge

Stable career history with evidence of long-term employment
