We are partnering with our client on an exciting new opportunity within an International manufacturing business. In addition to supporting the Head of Controlling in preparing management accounts for the manufacturing sites, the individual will be producing insightful reports and analysis for various internal stakeholders across the wider business.

• Assisting in preparing management accounts and KPI packs for the plants on a monthly basis.
• Preparing variance analysis for manufacturing, recoveries, repairs & maintenance, overheads and assisting in investigating any large discrepancies.
• Preparing Journals as a direct result of the analysis carried out monthly.
• Tasks relating to Sales Volume Rebates.
• Ad-hoc inventory analysis.
• Assisting and overseeing the annual stock take.
• Support with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ad hoc payroll support.
• Assisting with projects around process improvements.
• Identifying areas for investigation and analysis and carrying this out to inform business decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders with regards to queries and general observations relating to financial data.

• Able to manage workload in order to meet local and group deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, where the business is continually evolving.
• Can work effectively as part of the small local team but also interact and contribute towards the larger, international business.
• Able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders within the business, building positive relationships, challenging diplomatically when needed.
• Strong ERP systems capabilities and excellent technical analysis skills.
