Financial Controller - Wigan (Manufacturing)

Are you a qualified accountant ready for your next challenge? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive team?

• As Financial Controller in Wigan, you’ll take full ownership of the P&L, prepare management accounts, lead budgeting and forecasting, and analyse profitability across customers and products.
• Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll provide actionable financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and manage a small finance team to help the business run efficiently and profitably.

• £75,000 basic + 15% annual performance bonus
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Work in a business that invests heavily in people and employee experiences

• Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Controller or senior finance roles
• Commercially minded, hands-on, and confident partnering with operational teams
• SAP experience is a plus
