Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately.
• Assist with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end activities.
• Process financial transactions and maintain data within the company's accounting systems.
• Prepare information and analysis for internal stakeholders to support business decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to resolve finance-related queries and improve processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar accounting position.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting month-end processes.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
