The Role You'll advise across residential and buy to let, working leads generated entirely in-house. Whole of market, so the recommendation is yours to make on merit rather than a panel someone else picked. Day to day you'll be:
Advising clients across residential and BTL cases Managing a busy pipeline end to end, cleanly and compliantly Staying sharp on lender criteria as it shifts Building relationships with lenders, brokers and third parties Hitting individual and team numbers without cutting corners What You'll Need CeMAP qualified Proven time as a Mortgage Adviser writing both residential and buy to let A track record you can talk through, not just claim Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly Organised enough to run a heavy caseload without dropping detail BTL experience isn't a nice-to-have here.
