• Managing employee relations cases and advising managers on HR matters
• Supporting disciplinaries, grievances and wider generalist HR issues
• Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of a new HR and ATS system
• Reviewing and streamlining internal HR procedures
• Supporting policy development and updates
• Contributing to ongoing HR project work within a small established team

• Previous experience in a similar HR role such as Advisor or Officer level
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) would be advantageous
• Experience handling employee relations matters
• Confident use of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exposure to an ATS or HR system implementation would be beneficial

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (standard office hours)
