Evolve BG Ltd is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer based in Wigan. You will be the first point of contact for IT related queries, providing technical support through various channels. The role also involves diagnosing basic IT issues and ensuring a high level of service.

This position requires strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure, with a collaborative team culture  working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.
