Evolve BG Ltd is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for IT queries across clients and internal teams. You will diagnose basic issues, escalate complex problems and ensure customers receive a high level of service via phone, email and in person.
The role is based at our head office in Wigan with on-site work at customer locations and shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
