Role Overview

An established claimant-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its serious injury team. The role involves managing high-value, complex injury claims alongside experienced senior colleagues, while also handling a supervised caseload of lower-value fast-track matters. This position offers excellent exposure to large loss work across motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and indemnity claims.

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in claimant personal injury litigation
• Proven experience handling large loss and multi-track claims
• Experience managing fast-track matters
• Strong drafting and legal analysis skills
• Confident working Ez with medical and liability evidence
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisation and time-management skills

• Salary of hue £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
• Exposure to high-value, complex serious injury work
• Close mentoring from senior leadership
• Full-time, office-based role
