Hours: 7.5 hours per week, full year. Options: 7:00‑8:30 am or 16:00‑17:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Position: Permanent Cleaner (Part‑time)
About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking and committed cleaner to join our friendly and dedicated team. This role is vital to ensuring our school environment remains clean, safe and welcoming, supporting a joyful learning experience for children.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning designated areas including classrooms, corridors, offices, and toilets
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting surfaces
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Cleaning and replenishing washroom supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues or hazards
- Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Following all Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Support the Catholic ethos and mission of the school
- Contribute positively to our strong sense of community

Hiring is subject to relevant pre‑employment checks, including two satisfactory references, qualification verification and eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS and barred‑list checks as required by Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Due to the nature of work this post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
