School Site Manager

Location: Hindley

Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a primary school in Hindley Green.

Job Type: Temporary - This is a medium to long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.

Days:
Monday to Friday

Hours:

37 hours per week
Preferred split shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm
Flexibility available for the right candidate

Hourly Rate: £15ph

Duties:

Opening and securing the school premises (key holding)
Carrying out basic site maintenance and repairs
Ensuring site compliance and health & safety standards are maintained
Liaising with and overseeing contractors on site
Supporting with site security and day-to-day operational issues
Assisting with cleaning duties where required

Requirements:

Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Management experience
Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
