Lakeview Care Home, Leigh, is rated Good by CQC. We seek a Home Manager to deliver outstanding care.

Located on Ena Crescent, 30 bedrooms divided into purpose-built units:
Firetree (female), Bridgewater (male dementia), Pennington (male neurological). Each unit offers personalized, nurse-led care.

As Home Manager you will lead by example, driving continuous improvement and person-centred care.

• Lead quality initiatives and improvement
• Team leadership and management

• Referral management and occupancy
• Data collection, analysis and interpretation
• Financial management
• Customer relationships and marketing to ensure business sustainability

You identify with Exemplar values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, teamwork. You must hold a valid NMC PIN and have at least three years management experience in a complex care setting. You have a proven track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC outcomes.

• Thorough understanding of nursing practice, sector legislation, governance
• Excellent communication skills, building relationships with commissioners and professionals
• Ability to inspire, lead, manage a team
• Excellent time management, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
• Range of clinical, business, digital, operational skills
