Registered Manager Salary: £29,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent Purosearch is working on behalf of a small, friendly care home to recruit an ambitious and motivated Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career into a Registered Manager position.

About the ServiceOur client operates a small, close-knit care home that delivers high-quality care in a hands‑on setting, allowing management to make a genuine and visible impact on both residents and staff.
The RoleOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Registered Manager who will take responsibility for the overall running of the home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a warm and supportive culture.
This role is ideally suited to a current Deputy Manager who feels ready to step up and lead their own service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small staff team
- Promote person‑centred care and positive outcomes for residents
- Manage rotas, staffing, and budgets effectively
- Maintain accurate records and quality assurance processes
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Currently working as a Deputy Manager or senior within a care setting
- Ready to progress into a Registered Manager role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality care and developing teams
- Salary of £29,000 per annum
