Registered Manager Salary: £29,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent Purosearch is working on behalf of a small, friendly care home to recruit an ambitious and motivated Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career into a Registered Manager position.

Our client operates a small, close-knit care home that delivers high-quality care in a hands‑on setting, allowing management to make a genuine and visible impact on both residents and staff.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Registered Manager who will take responsibility for the overall running of the home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a warm and supportive culture.

This role is ideally suited to a current Deputy Manager who feels ready to step up and lead their own service.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the home
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop a small staff team
• Promote person‑centred care and positive outcomes for residents
• Manage rotas, staffing, and budgets effectively
• Maintain accurate records and quality assurance processes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Currently working as a Deputy Manager or senior within a care setting
• Ready to progress into a Registered Manager role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality care and developing teams

• Salary of £29,000 per annum
