We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of a successful and well established Electrical Wholesale business.

As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets.

• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.

• Providing comprehensive training and development for staff.

• Ensure that your team meet operational standards.

• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based.

• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.

Skills /

Experience:

• Electrical Wholesale experience within a branch management or a field sales role.

• Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.

• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example.

• Ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customer.

• Dynamic, good sense of humour and a passion for the electrical wholesale industry.
