Job Title:

General Operative
Salary: £12.65 per hour

Hours:

08:00 – 16:30, Monday

• Safely and accurately sort, repair and manufacture pallets in a timely manner.
• Use the tools and equipment provided to maintain optimum output and quality of the products in line with the required specification.
• Set up workstations efficiently and keep them running at a continuous high level of output during each shift.
• Perform all relevant checks on tools & equipment and report any defects.
• Perform tasks delegated by Supervisors and Managers on site.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures and Policies, wearing Personal Protective Equipment when required.
• Act as a key member of the Scott Pallets team and demonstrate the company values when dealing with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Be punctual and follow the company attendance procedure.
• Work effectively with others, maintain excellent time‑keeping, be a team player and understand the wider site processes to support when able.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
