Field Service Technician

The aim of the role is to support our growing business, we are now looking to recruit a Field Service Technician based either in the North West of England or in the midlands, to carry out the to achieve the planned level of operational utilization. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will spend much of their time, hands on, working on site carrying out carbon transfer operations for bulk tanker collections and deliveries of virgin and reactivated carbons which may include site assessments prior to work taking place.

The role is service focused and a high attention to good customer site relations is required.

• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency of operations
• Monitor, record and optimise process conditions
• Safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Comply with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies and local legislation.
  
  Follow ISO procedures and propose new ideas for continuous improvement.
• Will help to co-ordinate site activities between Logistics, Production, Customer Service and Field Service teams and maintain relevant customer site data for contacts, filter and access details etc.
• Will be expected to adhere to Company and customer site HSE policies and procedures. Previous HSE training and experience are an advantage.
• Will need to be computer literate (Excel and Word experience) with numeracy and literacy skills and have an ability to analyse and check information for accuracy.
