We are looking for an Electrical Assembly Operative to work on a 3 month minimum contract (possibly going longer) in Wigan.
Rate is 13.45 PAYE per hour plus holdays, pension etc
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Assembly Operative:
- Wiring and assembly of RCDs within domestic electrical units.
- Using manual hand tools and small mechanical tools.
- Testing completed electrical units.
- Re-labelling small components and parts.
- Heat shrinking and packaging products ready for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Good practical and manual skills.
- Comfortable using hand and small mechanical tools.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
