As Despatch Manager your key responsibilities include:
Managing the despatch function on an afternoon shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation . Remain part of the 'hands on' function within the despatch team. Leading health & safety best practices and promoting a safe working culture . Effective communication to the team on order levels and work allocation to ensure deadlines are met. What You'll Bring:
Experienced as Despatch/ Logistics Supervisor . Manufacturing experience is essential, with Food / FMCG experience advantageous. Good decision-making skills and the ability to react to change.
