• £12.71 per hour
• Increasing to £13.71 per hour after 12 weeks

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
  • 06:00 - 14:15
  • 13:45 - 22:00

Your duties as a Production Operative are:

• Weighing and mixing non-food ingredients
• Following ingredient sheets accurately
• Operating production machinery
• Moving completed stock, which may involve heavy lifting
• Carrying out general factory maintenance duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

To be successful as a Production Operative
, you will need:

• A good level of English
• Previous manufacturing or factory environment experience
• Machine operating experience
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good numeracy skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
