Machine Operator, Production Associate / Production Line, Assembly, Material Handler
JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives to work for a manufacturing company based in Hindley.
Duties Include:- Heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Operating mixing or filling machines
- Operating semi-automated machinery
- Working to daily production targets
- Candidates must be H&S conscious (happy to wear PPE and keep their work stations tidy at all times)
6am - 2pm Monday
- Thursday & 6am - 12pm on Friday
2pm - 10pm Monday
- Thursday & 12pm - 6pm on Friday
38 hours paid per week
The pay rates are:Early Shift - £14.41 per hour
Afternoon Shift - £14.41 per hour plus £203 paid at the end of the month as a lump sum if you have worked the aternoon shift for the whole month - this will equate to £15.76 per hour
Overtime is payable using the following breakdown:- Time plus ⅓ of your normal hourly rate (as determined by the Company) for the first two hours of overtime worked Monday to Friday (inclusive) and time plus ½ thereafter
- Time plus ½ of your normal hourly rate (as determined by the Company) for the first six hours and double time thereafter for overtime worked on Saturdays
- Double time of your normal hourly rate (as determined by the Company) for overtime worked on Sundays.
