Working Hours & Shift Patterns:
This position operates on double days (rotating mornings and afternoons) or night shifts. Full flexibility across all shift patterns is required.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manufacture, and dispatch diverse food products within a fast-paced production setting.
Operate production line machinery and handle tasks across the plant floor.
Assist with the movement and handling of raw ingredients, finished goods, and packaged products.
Collaborate closely with your team to uphold high product quality and hygiene standards.
Adapt to cross-training and deployment across different factory units as operational needs change.
Requirements
Desirable:
Prior experience working in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments.
Reliable travel arrangements to and from the site in Wigan (WN5 0LB
).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
Full flexibility to work across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Competitive Pay: £20.20 per hour (Day Shifts) | £22.45 per hour (Night Shifts).
