Practice Nurse

£21.50 per hour | Work 32 hours per week (4 days) | Free On-Site Parking

A well-established and highly supportive GP surgery in Wigan is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join its dedicated clinical team.

• Competitive hourly rate of £21.50
• Work 32 hours per week
• 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Working autonomously as part of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:

• Cervical screening
• Childhood immunisations
• Adult and travel vaccinations
• Chronic disease management and annual reviews

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care
• Confidence in delivering cervical screening, immunisations, and vaccinations
• Experience running Diabetes and/or Asthma clinics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
