Join a growing team in Manchester as a Baggage Salesperson within the moving and storage industry. This role is perfect for a sales professional with experience in baggage, removals, or storage services. You'll be responsible for driving new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell baggage transportation and storage services to individuals and businesses
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess customer needs
  • Develop and deliver accurate quotations and service proposals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all baggage/removal services and pricing models
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand client base
  • Identify and target new market segments within Manchester and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage client data through CRM tools and provide regular sales reports
  • Upsell premium services such as express delivery, insurance, and storage options
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales experience in baggage, removals, logistics, or storage services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close high-volume deals
  • Strong knowledge of local and national relocation processes
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
