Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 am–12:00 pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.

• Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
• Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales
• Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls and special offers
• Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams

• Parts experience from a similar role within the Motor industry
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
