Responsibilities
  • Managing existing customer accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Driving revenue growth across the territory
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Previous account management experience
  • Experience working within an FMCG environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long‑term relationships
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience managing key customer accounts
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of FMCG markets
