- Managing existing customer accounts
- Developing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving revenue growth across the territory
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Previous account management experience
- Experience working within an FMCG environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong relationship‑building and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long‑term relationships
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience managing key customer accounts
- Commercial awareness and understanding of FMCG markets
- Working for a growing and successful FMCG business
