• Proven background in face‑to‑face retail sales.
• Experience selling insurance and finance products.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Computer literate and tech‑savvy.
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Motivated, resilient, and goal‑driven.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Understanding of FCA compliance.
