This long established company are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. They are offering a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, coupled with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £40,000 in the first year along with fantastic benefits. What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive?
Working as part of an established sales team, you will be Initially making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to build a database. The role will become a mixture of existing and new business as it progresses. Duties will include:
Promoting and selling the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel across a wide range of companies within the UK
Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts
Discussing customer needs to advise on the company's product range
Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers to build relationships
Sourcing leads to find new opportunities
Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them
Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team
Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive
You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships
You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven
You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Stable work history
Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook Whats in it for me as a Sales Executive?
A basic salary of GBP
30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000+ in your first year
