Wigan Council is seeking a neighbourhood tenant officer to deliver a proactive service that promotes sustainability and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will welcome people into their new homes and help them establish and sustain their tenancy, referring them to appropriate services when needed.
You will build relationships with tenants, manage viewings and sign ups for empty homes, and work with council teams and external partners to secure outcomes for people and place.
