Wigan Council is recruiting a Targeted Support Officer based at Wigan Town Hall. You will work with housing and partner agencies to provide supported housing services and manage a caseload to help residents achieve sustainable outcomes.
You will develop individual support plans, undertake asset-based assessments, and coordinate with services to maintain accommodation and community involvement. A DBS check and a valid driving licence are required.
