Location: Wigan
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Daytime)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Holiday: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
We are recruiting for a reliable and professional 3.5T Driver to join a busy distribution operation based in Wigan. This role involves delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The position suits a dependable driver who enjoys working independently and being part of a supportive logistics team.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a 3.5 tonne vehicle
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Load and unload goods safely (manual handling involved)
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Comply with road transport legislation and company procedures
- Keep vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy
