• Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you’re on your way to their address.
• Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that no rubbish is left behind.
• Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything you do.
• Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards.
• Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, informing the line manager of any defects or missing items immediately.
• Comply with all driving laws as defined by the government and all company policies and procedures.

• You hold a 7.5T licence, Digi Tacho, CPC card and a valid UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months, max 6 points).
• You’re great with people and enjoy helping customers.
• You’ve got strong time‑management skills and thrive on variety.
• You’re comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different settings.
• You take pride in your work and value safety for yourself and those around you.
• You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two‑person team.
