ArrowXL is seeking a Transport First Line Manager for our Wigan depot to lead a two-person home delivery operation and develop a high-performing culture. You will drive safety, compliance and operational excellence while coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and performance.
You will oversee service delivery crews, plan resources, and ensure driver CPC training and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on engagement and continuous improvement.
