People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi Drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Golborne, Warrington
.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, overtime opportunities, ongoing work and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Delivery Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver or Courier Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.10 per hour basic
• £16.38 per hour overtime after 42 hours
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Saturday with a rolling day off
• Morning shifts: 04:00 to 12:30

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Multi Drop Van Driver are:

• Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently
• Completing 5 to 10 store deliveries per shift
• Delivering fresh products to retail stores
• Carrying out handball duties due to the nature of the role
• Communicating effectively with the transport team and customers
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Adhering to all driving laws and health and safety procedures

Essential

Skills:

To be successful as a Multi Drop Van Driver, you will need:

• A full UK Category B Driving Licence
• A minimum of 24 months' experience driving delivery vans
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences
• Good customer service skills
• A reliable and professional attitude
• The ability to lift and carry products safely
• Good communication skills

Training:

• Driving assessment required prior to first shift
• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout the assignment
