Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join one of our well-established clients based in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for consistent Monday to Friday work with an immediate start.

Duties will include:

* Breaking down pallets and cardboard boxes for recycling and disposal.

* Carrying out general warehouse duties.

* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.

* Assisting with the movement and storage of stock where required.

* Following all health and safety procedures.

* Supporting the warehouse team with any additional tasks as instructed.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).

* Be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling.

* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

* Be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

* Be able to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer:

* Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends.

* 6:00am to 2:30pm shifts.

* Ongoing temporary work with assignments expected to run until at least October.
