Job Description- Document Management:
Manage and track all project documents using a cloud-based system, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper archiving in line with company policies. - Quality and Compliance:
Ensure documents meet company standards, project requirements, and legal or contractual obligations. - Information Distribution:
Distribute documents and notify stakeholders promptly and accurately. Assure delivery of information exchanges between Glanua CDE and Client CDE. - Digital Delivery:
Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for efficient digital project management. - Collaboration Support:
Facilitate workflows, manage permissions, and provide training on document control and CDE processes. - Data Integrity:
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of project data and workflows. - Reporting:
Generate and share document control and information management reports with stakeholders.
- Education:
Preferably HND in information management, Business administration, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable. - Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in document control, with at least one year of experience in BIM project environments. - Training or certification in document control or records management (e.g., Certified Document Control Professional (CDCP)) is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in document control software (e.g., BIM 360/ACC, Project Wise, Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding the relevant Digital/BIM standards (ISO
19650 or previously PAS
1192) is desired but not essential. - Digital Savvy with I.T skills.
