Driestroom zoekt een betrokken begeleider voor ouder wordende bewoners op locatie La Verna in Wijchen. Je levert zorg en begeleiding, creëert kleine geluksmomentjes en werkt samen met collega’s, persoonlijke begeleiders, teamleider en gedragsdeskundige.
Je hebt een mbo-3 Verzorgende IG of mbo-4 richting AGOG/-Verpleegkunde, kennis van basiszorghandeling en affiniteit met ouderen. Een vaste aanstelling is mogelijk, met trainings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
