Het Sociaal Team Wijchen zoekt een Consulent jeugd die zelfstandig werkt aan vraagstukken op het terrein van de Jeugdwet. Je begeleidt en beoordeelt hulpvragen, bepaalt zorgbehoefte en regelt de vervolgstappen in een gezinsplan.
Je voert risicotaxatie uit, schakelt betrokken instanties in en stelt veiligheidsplannen op. Crisisinterventies komen eveneens voor; kennis van jeugdbescherming is gewenst.
