In diesem Umfeld be arbeitest du als IT-Professional interessante Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekte von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden.
DEINE AUFGABEN :- Support, Unterhalt und Wartung der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden
- First & Second Level IT-Support
- Telefonsupport
- Helpdesk Tätigkeiten
- Informatik Grundausbildung mit Zertifizierung
- fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Clients inklusive Microsoft Office Produkten
- gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (LAN / WLAN, WAN (VPN), TCP/IP, etc.)
- Kenntnisse im Mobile Computing Technologien (Tablets, etc.)
- breites Aufgaben portfolio
- vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
