Team Springfield Pie (SPI) is a family-owned Domino's franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow.

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a fast-paced team!

As a Domino's Customer Service Team Member, you'll help create a great experience for every customer while working alongside a fun, hardworking team.

What You'll Do:
• Greet customers and provide great service
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items
• Handle cash and customer payments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Assist Delivery Drivers and other team members when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using a touchscreen computer
• Able to accurately handle cash and make change
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn, grow, and accept coaching from management

Pay Ranges (Massachusetts) Delivery Drivers $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips) (Mileage and Cell Phone Reimbursement)

Insiders $15.50 – $17.00 per hour

Assistant Managers $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)

General Managers $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
