Business Office Manager – Marquis Health Consulting Services

Full-time opportunity available. 8 AM-4:30 PM. $60k-80k per year.

Join our team at Hampden Post Acute as a Business Office Manager. Our facility is a 135‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care center where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do. The space is thoughtfully designed with beautiful common areas, creating a welcoming, home‑like environment for both residents and staff. Qualifications
  • Skilled Nursing Experience Required!
  • Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
  • Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
  • Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques.
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task.
  • Prior experience in a health care setting – long‑term care/rehab preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
