Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Location:

Hampden Post Acute. Must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.

Shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Part-time opportunities available.

Rate Range: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour (depending on years of experience, shift differentials and benefit status). Same Day Pay available. Sign on Bonus: $6,000 for full-time nurses; $3,000 for part-time nurses.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
