Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑time, hourly (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) at Life Care Centers of America.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
Qualifications & TrainingEducation, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state.
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year of geriatric nursing experience.
Preferred Certifications
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation.
- CPR certification must remain current during employment.
