Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital is a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission and Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center. It performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year and averages 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight‑Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center. Employees may be required to float to the other facility (Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital) based on operational needs;
appropriate orientation and competency validation will be provided.
OR Tech (Certified) assists surgical teams in all phases of operations, prepares and maintains sterile instrument tables, ensures patient safety and compliance with hospital policies, and floats to Rancho Springs Hospital for pediatric emergency services and OB/GYN coverage as needed.
Qualifications- Minimum of two (2) years recent operating room experience as a Surgical Tech preferred.
- Graduated from an accredited Operating Room Technician Program.
- National Surgical Technician certification.
- Current BLS certification.
