Compensation: $100,000–130,000 per year

Overview

Our client is a well-established multifamily general contractor with a strong pipeline of garden-style projects throughout Florida. They are looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all field operations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality construction, safety, and schedule performance across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through completion
• Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules
• Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve field issues quickly and effectively
• Review and track project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress to leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multifamily construction experience with at least 3 years as a lead superintendent
• Proven background managing large garden-style projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, field coordination, and subcontractor management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and lead projects across central and northern Florida
