We are looking for a passionate, trusted financial advisor who is eager to provide an excellent service experience to our members.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour. Full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule and Training- Shift includes 32–40 hours per week between Monday, Thursday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), and Friday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM). Hours are based on department needs.
- Training program will be provided at one of our training locations.
- Consistently produce a high volume of sales while servicing both on the teller line and platform. Identify opportunities to improve member financial lives by offering products that benefit the member and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual referral goals.
- Process member and non‑member financial transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money orders and gift cards; and transfer amounts from member accounts as directed. Balance cash drawer and prepare start‑of‑day and end‑of‑day reports. Resolve outages and report overages or shortages to management.
- Deliver exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses to member and visitor requests and creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment clients enter the branch.
- Handle outbound call lists weekly to increase member awareness of product offerings that best fit their financial needs. Assist in the call center queue, including SMS and chat, on a rotation basis when assigned.
- Assist management by maintaining records and preparing required reports (e.g., Check Hold Audits, Teller Cash Drawer Audits, Retention Records). Maintain cash over/short logs and report out‑of‑balance conditions. Resolve matters within authority and refer beyond‑authority issues to supervisors with recommendations.
- Open and close safe deposit boxes for members, escort members as needed, and adhere to all safe deposit box procedures. Perform branch opening and closing processes and other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience. - Education:
High school education or GED. - Interpersonal

Ability to engage in personal contact, resolve conflicts, build relationships, and maintain confidentiality and discretion. - Other
Skills:
Proficiency in operating a 10‑key calculator and computer keyboard. - Physical Requirement:
Regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand, and walk or maneuver around the branch. - Work Environment:
Professional office setting with standard office equipment.
