Freestanding Emergency Room RN - Up to $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus

Health Care Support is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a modern, freestanding emergency department in Wildwood, FL. This facility offers advanced on-site diagnostics, efficient patient flow, and a supportive environment where RNs can practice with strong autonomy. It’s an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to deliver high-quality emergency care while expanding their clinical skills in a well-equipped, fast-paced setting.

• $30.60 - $45.90/hour + shift differentials if applicable
• Up to $15K sign‑on bonus

• Multiple shifts available, including Days, Nights, and Weekends

• Florida RN license
• 1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages while developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously by providing general nursing care and prioritizing patient needs
